The reality of promoting CPA offers is that offers will come and go.  It’s all a part of the business.  Here are a few tips you can use to make sure that you maximize your profits.

Don’t put all your eggs in one basket. If you are in a niche where there are several similar offers, rotate them to a) split-test among the offers and b) spread out your risk. That way, if one offer suddenly gets pulled,  you’ll still have others that you can run.

Keep on testing different offers.
You can become an expert in a particular niche but make sure you also spend some time researching different niches that you can expand into.  Don’t be afraid to try out new niches. You’ll never know if something will convert until you try it.

What do you need for testing? Assuming that you have already picked a few offers you want to test, it comes down to having the following items:

1. A keyword source – yes, my friend, I’m talking about keyword research. You can invest in a couple of paid tools but the best keyword research tool is the one in your head – your brain!

2. A way to track your ads. The best way to track is to place a conversion pixel on the merchants page. Talk to your AM and ask if they can do it for you. If not, you can use subid tracking by specifying a unique destination URL for each adgroup or for each keyword. Alternatively, if you want to get fancy , you can have your own tracking program or use a third party tracker like Prosper202.

Remember to test, test and test. The more you work at it the better you’ll get.
